Returns & Exchanges at Mia's

We want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
